Darnesha Rice

Darnesha Rice has a diverse and extensive work experience. Darnesha currently holds the position of Human Resources Manager at Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator in the same company for two months, from March 2022 to May 2022. Darnesha also briefly worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency in February 2022.

Before joining Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency, Darnesha worked at the U.S. Census Bureau as a Training & Development Field Supervisor from January 2020 to January 2022.

Darnesha also has experience as a Director of Marketing & Private Events at Cliff Bell's, where they worked from March 2019 to July 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Private Event Manager at Roostertail from June 2016 to March 2019.

Darnesha's earlier experience includes working as a Regional Director at Destination Imagination from January 2014 to June 2017.

Darnesha Rice graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, with a focus on Employee Relations & Development. Darnesha attended the university from 2018 to 2022. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Masters of Science in Organizational Psychology at Grand Canyon University from 2023 to 2025. In addition to their degrees, Darnesha also obtained several certifications. In June 2023, they completed the "Managing Misconduct in the Workplace" certification from LinkedIn. Darnesha then obtained two certifications from Micro HR by HRCP in June and July 2023, respectively, specializing in Employee Relations & Employee Life Cycle and Employee Grievances & Discipline.
