David Lehman

David Lehman is currently the President/CEO at Wayne Savings Bank, where David focuses on changing the culture and attitudes towards customer service and experience. David also runs I.M.P.A.C.T. Consulting as President, coaching and advising organizations on creating a shared vision and alignment. Previously, David served as President & CEO at Mennonite Mutual Insurance Company before retiring. David also has experience working as a Construction Manager at The University of Akron and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Finance from the same university.
