Patricia White

AVP, Clinical Operations at Wayne State University Physician Group

Patricia White joined Wayne Health as associate vice president of Clinical Operations in January 2021.

She is a native Detroiter and 30-year veteran of the health care industry, known for transformational leadership, business development expertise, market share growth, optimizing clinical operations and executing physician alignment strategies.

Prior to joining Wayne Health, White held leadership roles in operations management, physician services and business development at several of Michigan’s largest health systems, including St. John Health System, Trinity Health, Bronson Health Care, Select Medical Corporation, Henry Ford Health System and Authority Health.

She earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Wayne State University and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

White is passionate about community service. She is a volunteer Women of Tomorrow Mentor at her alma mater, Cass Technical High School, and serves on the boards of Advantage Health Centers and the Detroit Minority Organ Tissue Transplant Education Foundation.

White is also a member of the National Association of Health Services Executives, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and The Links, Inc., an international, nonprofit corporation of more than 16,000 professional women of African descent.
