Ali al-Sharif

Ali Al-Sharif is a highly experienced technical research professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and advanced composite materials. Currently serving as a Technical Research Assistant in the Advanced Design Composite Laboratory at Wayne State University since July 2015, Ali manages research support and conducts in-depth analyses on E-glass/epoxy and balsa wood materials to optimize project outcomes. Previously, Ali held multiple positions at Wayne State University, including Instructional Research Assistant and WSU Rumble Fellow, focusing on the testing and analysis of composite materials. Ali's academic credentials include a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and a Master's degree from Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Ali also contributed as a Lecturer of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Sebha and worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Tassli Office for Engineering Consultations.
