Jaclyn Markert

Jaclyn Markert, JD has extensive work experience in contract management, strategic sourcing, and legal roles. Jaclyn currently holds the position of Senior Director of Contract Management at Wayne State University. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at McLaren Health Care, specializing in non-clinical sourcing. Jaclyn also served as an AVP - Senior Contract Services Specialist at Comerica Bank.

Earlier in their career, Jaclyn worked as a Contract Sourcing Specialist at Henry Ford Health and owned their own law firm, Markert Law PLLC. Jaclyn gained legal experience as an Associate Attorney at Bankruptcy Attorneys of Michigan and Brand & Goodman PC. Throughout their career, Jaclyn has demonstrated their expertise in contract management, sourcing, and legal services.

Jaclyn Markert, JD, obtained their Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication, General from Michigan State University in 2001. Additionally, they hold a Lean Silver Certification from the Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC and is a Licensed Attorney with the State Bar of Michigan.
