Monica Brockmeyer

Monica Brockmeyer is the Founder and CEO of Change By Degrees Consulting, a position held since April 2023. With a long-standing affiliation with Wayne State University since August 1999, Monica has served in various capacities including Senior Research Fellow, Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science, and several leadership roles focused on student success. Prior roles at Wayne State also included Interim Chair of the Department of Computer Science and Assistant Professor. Monica's early career includes experience as a Statistician at the Department of Veterans Affairs from 1987 to 1992. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics and Statistics, both obtained from the University of Michigan.
