Todd D. Wood, PE MAPP, currently serves as the Assistant City Manager - Operations and City Engineer for the City of Waynesboro since January 2009. Previously, Todd held the position of Land Development Manager at Pulte Homes, where responsibilities included overseeing a $170 million land development budget for a 4,000-unit active adult community. Todd also worked as Director of Civil Engineering at Valley Engineering Surveying Planning, managing contracts and civil engineering projects, and as Branch Manager and Department Head at Triad Engineering, focusing on land development consulting. Todd's military service includes serving as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army, specifically in the 101st Airborne Division, from August 1984 to August 1988. Todd's educational background includes a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master’s of Arts in Public Policy: Public Administration from Liberty University.
