Elnaz Moghimi

Elnaz Moghimi is a seasoned professional in the field of mental health research and education, currently serving as a Research Scientist at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care since January 2023. Elnaz holds an Assistant Professor status at the University of Toronto and has been an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Queen's University since March 2023, following a postdoctoral research fellowship there from May 2021 to January 2023. Prior to these roles, Elnaz worked as a Science Writer and Subject-Matter Expert at Precision Nutrition in 2020-2021 and held various teaching and research positions at York University from 2010 to 2020. Elnaz's early research experience includes positions as a PhD Research Associate at CAMH and a Research Assistant at both Muse® by Interaxon Inc. and The Hospital for Sick Children. Elnaz earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Science with a concentration in Mental Health and Psychology from York University.
