Terry McMahon

Terry McMahon has extensive experience in human resources and organization development. Terry started their career as a Director of Human Resources at MDS Health Group Limited in 1991. From there, they moved on to Superior Propane Inc as a Corporate Director of Human Resources. In 1996, they became the Director of Human Resources at St. John's Rehabilitation Hospital. Terry then transitioned to the role of Corporate Director of Human Resources at Grey Bruce Health Services in 2002. In 2008, they became the Vice President of Human Resources at Niagara Health System, where they were responsible for various HR functions. In 2013, they joined Alberta Health Services as the Director of HR Client Services. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Organization Development at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care. In this role, they are responsible for a range of HR activities and manages a team of staff.

Terry McMahon holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Syracuse University - Maxwell School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College.
