Cindi Williams

Cindi Williams is a seasoned leader in the field of education policy and communications, currently serving as the CEO of Waypoint Education Partners since January 2024, where efforts focus on enhancing public schools at various governmental levels. As a co-founder of Learning Heroes since September 2014, Cindi has been instrumental in empowering parents to advocate effectively for their children's education. Prior to these roles, Cindi was a principal at HCM Strategists and has held significant positions including Director of Communications for the US Program at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Senior Advisor to the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Education, and Head of Women's Outreach at The White House.
