As a co-founder of Learning Heroes since September 2014, Cindi has been instrumental in empowering parents to advocate effectively for their children's education. Prior to these roles, Cindi was a principal at HCM Strategists and has held significant positions including Director of Communications for the US Program at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Senior Advisor to the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Education, and Head of Women's Outreach at The White House.
