Duncan Robb

Duncan Robb is an experienced education policy professional currently serving as a Partner at Waypoint Education Partners since January 2024. Prior to this role, Duncan was the Associate Principal for K-12 Innovation and Policy at HCM Strategists, where leadership was provided in the areas of per-pupil expenditure, accountability, and school improvement. Duncan also held the position of Director of K-12 Policy at Robb Education Policy LLC, advising education leaders and organizations on building capacity, as well as serving as Chief Policy Advisor for the Idaho State Department of Education. Additional experience includes roles at the U.S. Education Delivery Institute, Baltimore Education Research Consortium, and as a 6th Grade Math Teacher in Houston ISD. Duncan holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from The Johns Hopkins University, as well as degrees in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Oregon.
