Carmen Huang is a dedicated Human Resources professional and CPHR Candidate with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Waypoint since September 2025, Carmen previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Applewood Auto Group, where responsibilities included establishing clear employee relations policies and conflict resolution mechanisms. Prior experience includes building HR processes at Prepac Manufacturing Ltd. as a Human Resources Assistant, creating a tailored onboarding program during a practicum with Dilawri Group of Companies, and serving as a Co-Founder and Vice President of the Kwantlen Human Resources Association, focusing on enhancing HR education for students.
