Emma Kearse (Lees-Jones) has been working at various companies in roles ranging from corporate finance to executive assistance. Currently, Emma is leading knowledge insights at Waypoint Partners, specializing in global growth and M&A advisory. Prior to this, Emma has worked at Caledonia Investments plc, The Ingenious Group, Stanhope Plc, The Annabel's group, and the Royal Horticultural Society. Emma attended Oxford Brookes University and Haileybury for their education.
