Jonathan Brundige

Jonathan Brundige has held various roles in the real estate industry, with their most recent position as Chief Operating Officer at Waypoint Residential since September 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel at Candlebrook Properties, LLC from October 2016 to September 2017. Jonathan also worked as an Executive Director at Junius Real Estate Partners at J.P. Morgan Asset Management from September 2013 to October 2016. Additionally, they have experience as a Director of Asset Management at Ruben Companies, Silverstein Properties, Inc., and Broadway Partners, and began their career as a Real Estate Associate at Fried Frank and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.

Jonathan Brundige has a diverse education history. Jonathan started their academic journey at St. Lawrence University from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Psychology and Government. Later, from 1997 to 2000, they attended Brooklyn Law School, obtaining a JD degree specializing in Real Estate, Tax, and Corporate Law.

Being passionate about the real estate field, Jonathan sought further education at New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate. Here, from 2005 to 2007, they completed a Graduate Certificate program focused on Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Economics. Through these educational experiences, Jonathan Brundige has gained a strong foundation in various subject areas related to real estate, law, and finance.
