Kevin do

Kevin Do has extensive experience in finance and management. Kevin currently holds the position of Director of Corporate Finance at Waypoint Residential, where they have been since March 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Director of Finance at the same company from March 2020 to October 2021.

Before joining Waypoint Residential, Kevin worked at FirstService Residential as a Finance Manager from May 2015 to March 2020. Kevin also worked at DFASS Group as part of their Treasury Management team from November 2013 to May 2015.

Kevin's career in finance started at Beachwold Residential, LLC as a Sr. Financial Analyst, where they worked from June 2007 to November 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley from June 2005 to June 2007. Through their various roles, Kevin has gained valuable experience in finance, management, and advisory services.

Kevin Do obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Kevin furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting at the same institution from 2017 to 2019.
