Borja Alvarez De Toledo

Borja Alvarez de Toledo, M.Ed., currently serves as President and CEO of Waypoint NH, a nonprofit organization founded in 1850 that empowers approximately 8,000 children and families annually through a variety of human services and advocacy efforts. Prior to this role, Borja held the position of Division Director for Child and Family Services at Riverside Community Care, overseeing a $17+ million division with over 300 employees. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Family Services Operations at The Guidance Center, as well as operating a private practice in psychotherapy. Borja Alvarez de Toledo holds a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Boston University, a Graduate Certificate in Foundations of Business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, a BA in Psychology from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, and a French Baccalaureat and Spanish High School diploma from Liceo Francés de Madrid.
