Joe Homyak

Joe Homyak is a seasoned professional in project management and architectural design, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at WAYPOINTKLA since September 2018, where expertise is applied to a diverse range of real estate development projects. As the owner of Cochituate Design Group since April 2009, Joe offers architectural design services for residential homes throughout New England. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield and Senior Project Planner at STV | DPM, alongside positions in architectural design at Gensler and Meyer and Meyer Architects. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from Alfred State College and has an educational background from the Boston Architectural College.
