Kurt Lamar

Kurt Lamar, AIA, LEED-AP, is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at WAYPOINTKLA since January 2020, specializing in construction consultation for owners, developers, and investors throughout all project phases. Prior to this role, Kurt served as Owner's Representative and Construction Manager from July 2015 to January 2020, and held the position of Senior Project Manager at Hill International, Inc. from September 2010 to July 2015, focusing on minimizing construction risks for owners. Kurt's extensive experience includes a role as Senior Construction Manager for Hebrew Senior Life’s NewBridge on the Charles project and ownership of a design-build company that catered to both residential and commercial needs. Additionally, Kurt has held senior positions in mission critical facilities and project management, gaining a comprehensive background in managing complex construction projects from conception to completion. Kurt holds a BA in Architecture from Boston Architectural College and an AAS in Architecture from Alfred State College.
