Kristy Placido

Kristy Placido is an experienced professional in the field of language education and publishing. Currently serving as Managing Editor at Wayside Publishing since July 2022, Kristy also holds the position of Consultant at Placido Language Resources. Previously, Kristy was with Fluency Matters from February 2000 to July 2022 as an Author, Editorial Consultant, and Content Creator, and taught Spanish at Fowlerville Community Schools and East Lansing Public Schools from 1997 to 2022. Kristy holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and Curriculum and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Secondary Education, both from Michigan State University.
