Danielle Franco is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in technology and client services. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Climb Global Solutions since April 2017, Danielle has previously held roles in leadership and operations management across various positions, demonstrating expertise in optimizing sales support and enhancing client experiences. Prior to this, Danielle worked at Climb Channel Solutions, where responsibilities included managing a team of Sales Support Specialists. At Discovery Data, Danielle excelled as Vice President of Client Experience and Product Development, focusing on user interface enhancements and client engagement strategies. Danielle holds a B.S. in Business Management from Monmouth University, obtained in 2006.
