Miguel R. is an accomplished database administrator with extensive experience in cloud and high-availability database environments. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist Database Administrator at Waystar since September 2020, Miguel leads daily operations of various cloud-based database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Snowflake, which support eSolutions' revenue cycle applications for healthcare providers. Previously, Miguel held senior roles at eSolutions, Inc. and Cerner Corporation, focusing on Oracle high availability environments and leading database operations. With foundational experience in database management and sales at companies including Evertec, IBM, and Oracle, Miguel possesses a comprehensive understanding of database technologies and solutions. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Universidad de Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, with minors in Electrical Engineering and Psychology.
