Patrick Holland

Patrick Holland, MBA, has extensive experience in client success and healthcare technology implementation. Currently serving as Director of Client Success at Waystar since September 2018, Patrick has progressed through various roles including Associate Director and Senior Manager. Prior to Waystar, Patrick held the position of Director of Implementation at RCM Brain and worked as Enterprise Implementation Project Manager at ZirMed, overseeing the implementation of revenue cycle management solutions. Earlier in his career, Patrick served as a Training and Quality Control Business Consultant at The Rawlings Company, where significant cost savings were negotiated for health insurance companies. Patrick holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Bellarmine University and a B.A. in Finance from the University of Louisville.
