Sasha Parsons-Thorpe

Sasha Parsons-Thorpe is an experienced professional in the field of employment and substance misuse recovery. Currently serving as the Lead Employment Specialist at Waythrough since June 2024, Sasha manages a team dedicated to the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach in North Yorkshire, ensuring service quality and positive outcomes for individuals in treatment for substance use. Prior experience includes a Team Leader role at Humankind Charity from September 2017 to June 2024, where a project named Action towards Inclusion was spearheaded to aid economically inactive individuals.
