Brenda Wong is an experienced professional in people and talent management, currently serving as a People Partner at Wayve since August 2024, where operational support is provided to the Fleet Operations Division. Prior roles include serving as People and Talent Manager at Stotles, where Brenda significantly expanded the team, conducted a comprehensive People Audit, obtained a Skilled Worker Visa license, and implemented new HR systems and policies. Brenda's experience also encompasses various positions at Prolific, Monzo Bank, and several other organizations, focusing on employee onboarding, internal communications, and team training. Brenda holds an LLB (Qualifying Degree) from the University of Warwick, completed in 2014.
