Līva Bažbauere

Līva Bažbauere has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a People Operations Partner at Jacobs since August 2025. Prior to this role, Līva was a Talent Acquisition Manager at AbilityFirst from March 2023 to April 2025, and previously held the position of Human Resources Assistant at the Alpha Resource Center of Santa Barbara from February 2021 to May 2022. Līva's early career includes a position as a Blue Book Graduate at the European Commission in 2020 and co-founding XBB夕卜帮, where involvement lasted from March 2018 to March 2020. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in East Asian Relations from The University of Edinburgh (2013-2014) and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from Riga Graduate School of Law (2010-2013).
