Early career experience includes a Research Scientist role at the Moscow Power Engineering Institute, contributing to motion control for the national robotic soccer team, and engineering positions developing traffic rule detection systems and inertial navigation algorithms. Oleg holds a PhD in Computational Neuroscience and Machine Learning and a Master’s degree in Theoretical Mechanics, Mechatronics, and Robotics from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute.
