Jim Carr

Jim Carr is a highly experienced professional with a career spanning over four decades in military and program management. After serving in the US Navy for nearly 30 years as a Surface Warfare Officer and holding various commanding roles, including on the USS Anzio, Jim transitioned to a Senior Program Manager at WBB from 2007 to 2019, where they focused on strategic planning and process improvement for Navy-related programs. Currently, Jim serves as a Client Partner at Serco, a role they have held since 2021 following Serco's acquisition of WBB. Jim's academic credentials include a Master of Science from the Naval War College and a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. Jim is now happily retired.
