Miljan Gutovic

Miljan Gutovic is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the construction materials industry. Since January 2018, Miljan has served as Chief Executive Officer at Holcim and is a member of Holcim’s Group Executive Committee, overseeing regional operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa while also focusing on operational excellence, marketing, and innovation. Prior to joining Holcim, Miljan held various leadership roles at Sika from August 2005 to February 2018, including Area Manager for the Middle East and General Manager. Miljan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from the same institution.
