Monica McInerney

As the Senior Director of Financial Services Programs, Monica is responsible for expanding the reach of and further formalize programs and processes with the WBENC LIFT Financial Center of Excellence.

Monica joined WBENC in May 2022 with 30+ years in procurement and supply chain roles. Her experiences span technical packaging development, direct and indirect procurement (including management of diverse suppliers), and third-party risk. She has worked in multiple, global industries with Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, and Pitney Bowes. Most recently she was the CPO for Webster Bank, leading Sourcing, Procurement Operations and Third-Party Risk Management teams.

Monica is honored to be a part of WBENC advocacy for women-owned businesses, a nod to her mother’s legacy who had a career advocating for the protection of women against violence within and for the state of CT.
