Chris Zimmer is a seasoned professional in managed services and technical support with extensive experience in service delivery and innovation strategies. Currently serving as a Service Experience Innovation Strategist at WBM Technologies since May 2018, Chris focuses on maximizing customer value through tailored service delivery engagements. Prior experience includes roles as Service Manager and Service Delivery Manager at eHealth Saskatchewan from September 2014 to April 2018, and Director of Desktop Services and Director of Desktop Operations at the Government of Saskatchewan from November 2004 to September 2014, where responsibilities encompassed province-wide technical support, incident management, and workstation security. Chris also managed a team of 40 support analysts, beginning as a Network Analyst, and holds education credentials from the University of Regina, completed between 2006 and 2007.
