Sophie South

Sophie South is a dedicated television news producer currently working at WBTV since April 2025. Prior to this role, Sophie served as a news and web producer at ABC 7 WWSB-TV from June 2023 to April 2025. Sophie gained valuable experience as a student worker in audio visual support at WKU from August 2022 to June 2023, and previously worked as a caregiver at LifeSkills, Inc. from May 2019 to June 2023. Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Western Kentucky University, which was completed in May 2023.
