Jonathon Bahrychuk

Jonathon Bahrychuk is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in leadership and performance improvement within various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation Performance, Training & Quality at WCB Manitoba since November 2017, Jonathon previously held several roles at Seven Oaks General Hospital, including Director of Strategic Innovation & Performance Improvement and Manager of Clinical Quality Innovation and Performance. Jonathon's career began with MBTelehealth, where roles included Telehealth Coordinator and Researcher, focusing on the integration of telehealth technologies into clinical practice. Jonathon's foundational experience in nursing was gained at WRHA, where responsibilities included acute care orthopedics and operating room nursing. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Manitoba.
