Tommy Bay

Tommy Bay is a seasoned professional specializing in user experience design, podcast creation, and marketing. Currently, Tommy serves as the Podcast Creator and Host at Skilled by Design, focusing on the development of transferrable skills, while also managing user experience as a User Experience Manager and Senior UX Designer at WCF Insurance. Tommy's previous roles include Senior UX Consultant and Practice Lead at Software Technology Group, where Tommy designed user-centered products and led team strategy, and as Senior Product Designer and Team Lead for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Additionally, Tommy has extensive experience in marketing and design, having held leadership positions at DrivingSales, Compliance Information Systems, and PB&J Communications. Tommy holds a Certificate in Integrated Marketing Communication from the University of Utah and has a robust educational background from both the University of Utah and Salt Lake Community College.
