Jeffrey Hilton

Jeffrey Hilton is an experienced operations specialist currently working at WCG since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jeffrey served as a Claim Associate at State Farm ® from October 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included customer communication and loss information documentation. Jeffrey’s background includes customer service roles with the Seattle Mariners and First & Goal Inc., where exceptional service and support were provided. Additionally, Jeffrey has a military background as a Loadmaster and Aircraft Mechanic in the USAF for over two decades. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Community Planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from the University of Washington Tacoma, along with an Associate degree in Computer Networking from Highline Community College.
