Jessica Ayala

Jessica Ayala is an experienced professional with a strong background in HCM operations and education. Currently serving as an HCM Operations Specialist at WCG since May 2019, Jessica has advanced through various roles within the company, demonstrating expertise in human capital management coordination. Prior to WCG, Jessica worked as a Teacher and STEM Instructor at Challenge Island from July 2017 to May 2019, emphasizing creativity in education. Jessica also held the position of Clinical Director at Britt Dental Center from October 2006 to January 2017, where effective time management and inventory control were key responsibilities. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Campbell University and an Associate of Arts from Wake Technical Community College, along with completion of the American Red Cross Dental Assisting Program.
