Jessica G. is a seasoned User Experience Designer with extensive experience in the field since 2005. Currently serving as a Senior User Experience Designer at WIRB-Copernicus Group since November 2020, Jessica previously held the role of Senior UX Designer/Developer at SofterWare, Inc. from February 2013 to November 2020, where accessibility standards were championed, usability training was conducted, and cross-departmental collaboration was fostered. Prior to that, Jessica worked as a Multimedia Content Developer at SofterWare, Inc. and MedConference, LLC, creating animated videos and online tools to enhance user experience and efficiency. Jessica began their professional journey with AmeriCorps, providing public health services in Philadelphia. Jessica holds a B.A. in Applied Anthropology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
