Kathie Aguayo

Kathie Aguayo has over 25 years of experience in proposal development and contract management. Currently serving as Proposals and Contracts Manager at WCG since December 2019, Aguayo previously held the role of Senior Proposal Developer at Accelerated Enrollment Solutions from April 2016 to December 2019, focusing on strategic solutions and budget development while training junior team members. Prior to this, Aguayo worked as Contracts and Proposals Coordinator at Acurian Inc. from April 2010 to April 2016, leading the competitive proposal development process. Earlier experience includes a managerial position at Spherion, where responsibilities encompassed leading proposal teams and evaluating risk. Aguayo holds a BA in Psychology from Purchase College, SUNY, earned in 1989.
