Nicole Ulicny

Nicole Ulicny is an accomplished professional in project management with extensive experience in feasibility services within the clinical research sector. Currently serving as Director of Project Management at WCG since October 2021, Nicole leads a cross-functional team and oversees the implementation of the WCG Clinsphere Total Feasibility technology platform. Prior to this role, Nicole worked at ePharmaSolutions for over 16 years, progressing from Project Coordinator to Associate Director, demonstrating expertise in managing feasibility and training projects, supervising project budgets, and mentoring junior staff. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Communication Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, both obtained from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
