Rachel Mascitelli Mpa (She/Her)

Rachel Mascitelli, MPA, is an experienced professional with a solid background in project management and human resources. Currently serving as an Associate Project Manager at WCG since November 2021, Rachel also holds the position of Executive Director and Founder at Baling Twine and Hope, an organization dedicated to educating individuals and saving animals. Prior to these roles, Rachel worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Reagent Chemical & Research and as a Human Resources Administrator at Learning Ally. Additional experience includes managerial responsibilities at Outback Steakhouse and an internship in human resources at Inspirica. Rachel earned a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
