Deborah Childs

Deborah Childs is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic partnerships and contract management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Director of Contract Management Support at WCG Services since April 2020, Deborah previously held the position of Senior Contract Manager. Prior roles include Director of Strategic Partnerships at the bridge - a markham community church from January 2017 to April 2020, and Director of Programs and Services at JVS Toronto from June 2000 to September 2016. Deborah's educational background encompasses a Bachelor of Social Work Hons. from York University, a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Windsor, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) hons in Sociology and Criminology from York University, and training in Managing in a Unionized Environment from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
