Kelsie Baranski

Kelsie Baranski is an experienced professional in operational support and service delivery, currently serving as the Director of Operational Support at WCG Services since February 2020, where responsibilities include leading Integrated Employment Services operations in Ontario and managing workforce development initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Service Delivery & Design Manager and Service Design Consultant at VPI Working Solutions, focusing on program implementation and process efficiencies. Kelsie has also worked with the Canadian Red Cross as a First Aid Instructor Trainer, and held management positions at Air Canada Rouge and Sunwing Airlines Inc., where responsibilities encompassed quality assurance, customer experience, and safety training. Kelsie holds a degree in Flight Attendant Aviation from the Nova Scotia Community College Aviation Institute.
