Andrea Poulton

Andrea Poulton is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in new home sales and land acquisition. Currently serving as a Community Representative at WCI Communities since September 2013, Andrea focuses on personalizing home buying experiences for customers. Previous roles include Broker Associate at Woodyard & Associates and Real Estate Broker at Andrea Burson Realty, LLC, where specialization in land acquisition for development and commercial leasing was a focal point. A native of Lee County, Andrea has witnessed the significant transformation of Southwest Florida over the years. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
