Eric joined the WCIRB in 1986 and has a wealth of experience across the WCIRB. As Chief Customer Officer, Eric leads the WCIRB’s initiatives focused on enabling those customer interactions that are critical to the WCIRB’s ability to provide trusted and objective products and services.

Eric oversees the WCIRB operational teams responsible for publishing experience modifications, reviewing and auditing incoming unit statistical and policy data, conducting classification inspections and test audits, administering the standard classification system, managing the WCIRB’s data quality programs and providing customer service via the WCIRB Contact Center.
