Sandra Molnar

Sandra Molnar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sandra started their career at Lincoln Financial Advisors, where they held various administrative operations positions while pursuing their B.S. degree. Sandra then moved on to Saint Francis Memorial Hospital, where they served as the Director of Reimbursement, overseeing the accounting for all hospital revenue payors. After that, they joined Unicon International as the Director of Finance, and then SAFE Security as a Controller. In 1998, Sandra became a member of the Board of Directors at Embarcadero Federal Credit Union, a role they held until 2010. Since 2005, they have been the Managing Director of Finance at Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau (WCIRB), where they are responsible for financial operations, strategic planning, and project management. Throughout their career, Sandra has demonstrated leadership skills, financial expertise, and a focus on optimizing business operations.

Sandra Molnar received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from California State University - East Bay in 1990. Sandra also obtained several certifications related to leadership and diversity, inclusion, and belonging from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification being "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" in 2020.
