Chuck Teixeira

Chuck Teixeira is the Founder and CEO of WCKD RZR, an enterprise software firm focused on delivering intelligent automated Data Enablement solutions. WCKD RZR’s mission is to unlock the potential of the world’s data.

Previously, Chuck was the Chief Administrative Officer and Head of Transformation for Global Banking and Markets at HSBC. Under the Transformation banner at HSBC, Chuck led the global, cross-business effort of business model redesign and solution, using the latest market capabilities; Big Data, Automation, Distributed Ledger Technologies, Digital Platforms, FinTech partnerships and Cloud enablement. Chuck was instrumental in developing a design led culture and tapping into new streams of talent around the globe.

Prior to HSBC, Chuck has held several executive roles as a member of the EMEA Corporate Client Solutions Executive Committee at UBS, the Global COO of the Client Capital Management division at Barclays, COO Equities Americas at Nomura and the CAO of Equities EMEA at Lehman Brothers.

Prior to this, Chuck was the CAO and a key member of the European Equities Executive Committee at Lehman Brothers/Nomura. There he leveraged his extensive consulting experience from PwC to set up a strategy team to develop new product strategies, restructure businesses, deliver growth for existing product lines and enter new markets.

Chuck is a Canadian chartered accountant and has an MBA from the University of Toronto. He currently serves as a member of University of Toronto’s UK/Europe Leadership Council.
