Brittany van Voorhees

Brittany Van Voorhees is an experienced meteorologist, holding the Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM) designation. Currently serving as a meteorologist at WCNC Charlotte since August 2021, Brittany previously worked at WINK News from September 2018 to July 2021. Prior roles include digital media coordinator at ThreeSixOh PR and meteorologist positions at Wpde TV 15 and WRUF-TV. Brittany also has experience in retail management as an assistant manager at Simply Gorgeous Stationery and Gifts. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Media and Society from the University of Florida and a Master of Geosciences in Applied Meteorology from Mississippi State University.
