Eric Laubenthal

Eric Laubenthal has over 25 years of experience in IT support services, currently serving as Manager of Help Desk Services at WD Partners since April 2008, where leadership of a technician team is paramount. Prior to this role, Eric directed a 24/7 Service Desk and managed Field Technicians at Omnicare from March 1999 to March 2008. Eric also held positions at NCS HealthCare, including Help Desk Manager from March 2002 to March 2007, as well as Helpdesk Team Lead and Helpdesk Technician from March 1999 to 2002. Earlier in their career, Eric worked as a Probation Officer for Butler County, Ohio, from March 1994 to March 1999. Eric Laubenthal holds a BA in American Studies from Wittenberg University, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
