Logan Sherrill

Logan Sherrill is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in broadcasting. Currently serving as an evening anchor and reporter at WDBJ7 since January 2017, Logan leads multiple weekday newscasts and is responsible for producing content for lifestyle programs and live events. Previous roles include sports anchor and news MMJ at Fox Television, and news content specialist at WBTV Charlotte, along with serving as general manager at WWCU-FM Power 90.5. Logan's work has been recognized with prestigious awards, including a regional Emmy, an Edward R. Murrow award, and accolades from the Virginia Association of Broadcasters. Logan holds a B.S. in Communication, Broadcasting, and Journalism from Western Carolina University.
