Brian A. Fennell, P.E., CSP, CIT, STSC, currently serves as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at WDF Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Brian held the position of Site Safety Manager at Menotti Enterprise, LLC from January 2016 to December 2022, and worked as an Administrative Engineer for MTA New York City Transit from January 1982 to December 2015. Educationally, Brian earned a Master of Science in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 1982 and 1985, following a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution from 1977 to 1980.
