Moreover, Wandalex SA’s produces warehouse shelve racks and conveyor lines, and also offers fork lift carriers of such manufacturers as Doosan, Combilift and others. The Company operates through its main office in Warsaw and seven regional branch offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Poznan, Kielce, Wroclaw, Szczecin and Lodz. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated two subsidiaries, Heavy-Net Sp. z o.o. and Wandalex Ukraine Ltd.
